La pizza

A long leavening pizza made by three old wheat flours. Our flours are stone ground by Molino Marino, a real Piedmont excellence. Everyday, we create new pizzas with seasonal ingredients.

Our most famous pizzas:

Non è una bufala: tomato cuore di bue from Pecetto, Moris Bufala mozzarella, Pantelleria origan.

Sivigliana: Moris Bufala mozzarella, Cantabrico Sea anchovies and sicilian lemon.

Giacosa: tomato cuore di bue from Pecetto, Luiset sausages, onions and gorgonzola DOP.

Boh: Tropea red onions, FilRouge robiola cheese from Roccaverano (Slow Food presidium) e marjoram.

14 luglio: Badola courgettes, FilRouge robiola cheese from Roccaverano (Slow Food presidium), home-made basil pesto, olives, Tropea red onions and toasted pine nuts.

Porchissima: Luiset natural frankfurter pickled in mustard, Morbier AOP Filrouge from Jura region.

Il Pane

We produce naturally leavened bread with old wheat of Mulino della Riviera di Dronero. We sell it to consumers and to restaurants!
